Terms of Use

The platform offers wholesale SMM services such as followers, likes, views, and similar services for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other platforms.

• Services are provided from our own source; they are not pulled from third-party APIs.
• Resellers purchase services by loading balance and may offer them to their own customers.
• Orders, status checks, and balance management can be handled through the panel and API.

When an order is placed, balance is deducted immediately and the job is queued. Delivery times vary by service type; each service's min/max quantity and description are listed in the service catalog.

• Avoid placing duplicate orders on the same link while an active order exists.
• You can check order status through the panel or API.
• Completed orders cannot be reversed; partial orders are handled under the refill policy.

You can load balance through the panel using cryptocurrencies. Approved amounts are credited instantly. Bank transfer, credit card, or other payment channels are not supported.

• Defined bonus rates are added to your balance automatically on each deposit.
• Loaded balance is non-refundable and can only be used to place orders through the panel.
• Resellers are responsible for the correct network, address, and amount in crypto transfers.

• Balance loaded by a reseller cannot be refunded via bank transfer or crypto; balance can only be spent on the site.
• For incomplete orders, the remaining quantity is refunded to balance.
• A support ticket can be opened after the refill period stated in the service description has passed.
• No refund may be issued for issues caused by an incorrect link or reseller error.

You can obtain your API key from Profile → API Key. All requests are sent using the POST method in JSON format.

• Never expose your API key in frontend code or on the client side.
• A limit of 10,000 requests per minute applies; temporary restrictions may be imposed if exceeded.

Fast Bayi reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms of use
• Unauthorized sharing of the API key
• Loading balance via unauthorized transfers from third-party wallets

Fast Bayi cannot be held responsible for policy changes, account restrictions, or delays caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).

• Service speeds and completion times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Drops caused by platform updates are evaluated under the refill policy.
• Fast Bayi is not liable for indirect damages.

Fast Bayi reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
